Cindy Lanham has a love for lake properties that dates as far back as her childhood when her family purchased a lake house in Texas. She has vibrant memories of being surrounded by the beauty of God's creation while building lifelong memories. She and her husband have continued that tradition and live on the lake creating memories with their kids and grandkids. This love for lake living, combined with her passion for real estate give Cindy an unparalleled advantage. Cindy began her career in real estate in 2006 as a real estate investor buying foreclosures and condos eventually leading to owning a 260 unit apartment complex in Houston, TX. She became a real estate agent in 2013 and was a top producer by her second year. Cindy moved to West Texas and is currently a Realtor® with Lake Homes Realty. She specializes in properties on Lake Granbury, Lake Brownwood, Hubbard Creek Lake, Lake Fort Phantom and Lake Leon. She has an extensive knowledge of all that pertains to buying and selling lake property and will even show you homes by boat.
