Cynthia Farr has proudly served Texas real estate clients since earning her license in 1980. Her career began in East Texas, serving buyers and sellers throughout Lufkin, Angelina, Nacogdoches Jasper Counties, building a strong foundation in market knowledge and client-focused service. She later expanded her expertise while working in the mortgage industry with Mitchell Mortgage in The Woodlands, gaining valuable insight into the financial side of real estate transactions. After retiring from a long career in the retail grocery industry in 2023, Cynthia returned full-time to real estate alongside her husband, Wyman Farr. Together, they opened their own brokerage, The Farr Group, Texas Home Sales, serving clients in Conroe, Lake Conroe, The Woodlands, Willis, Huntsville, Lufkin, and surrounding areas. Cynthia works with a wide range of clients—from first-time homebuyers to relocation clients—always placing her clients’ best interests first. Her approach is rooted in patience, integrity, and a clear understanding of current market trends, reflecting the firm’s guiding principle: "Rooted in Texas, Focused on YOU". Outside of real estate, Cynthia has been married to Wyman for over 47 years and values time with their large blended family, including children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren. She enjoys traveling, playing golf, and spending time with their two schnauzers, Beau and Bella.
