Crystal Oliver

I’m Crystal Oliver, and my family has called the Houston area home for five generations, with most of us right here in Montgomery County. I’ve personally lived in Conroe for over 30 years, and growing up here, I watched our community evolve—school zones expanding, small businesses growing into family legacies, and families putting down roots that last generations. My husband runs a local family business that started in the 1990s, soon to be passed to the third generation, and I love seeing our own family thrive alongside the community we call home.

One of my greatest joys is helping families create spaces where generations can live and thrive together. Multi-generational living, sometimes called a family compound, has been a blessing in my own life—my children have grown up just one doorstep away from their grandparents—and I’ve seen firsthand how meaningful it is for families to share life so closely together.

In 2025, I launched RoeWood Group, a team dedicated to serving Conroe, The Woodlands, and land across Texas. I didn’t start a team because I was overwhelmed—my business has been 99% referral-based since I became licensed. I started it to grow exceptional professionals and foster a collaboration-over-competition mindset. Our team works with a wide range of clients, from first-time buyers and military families to retirees, investors, and those pursuing multi-generational living. This year, we’re also proud to expand into Commercial Real Estate, bringing the same expertise, strategy, and people-first approach to businesses and investors across the region.

Real estate is more than transactions—it’s about people. Every deal has unique details—a swimming pool, boundary lines, energy-efficient systems, or commercial zoning—but at its core, it’s about human beings trusting me to guide them through one of life’s biggest milestones. I see my role as more than an agent; I am a backbone, educator, confidant, and collaborator for my clients.

I also believe that everyone deserves a home, and that dream looks different for every family. Mobile homes, often overlooked in traditional real estate, are a passion of mine because I want every person to experience the pride of homeownership. Whether it’s a first home, a luxury estate, a farm or ranch, or a commercial property, I help clients plan for short-term and long-term goals, providing guidance, education, and support along the way.

I strive to be a “family Realtor”, similar to how people have a family doctor. I maintain lasting relationships well beyond the closing table—through invitations to events I host, birthday celebrations, supporting kids’ fundraisers, small reminders like checking smoke alarms, or sharing trusted resources. Some clients I’ve known since high school, others I’ve just met but already feel like family, and some only call when they need me—and that’s okay too. No matter the level of contact, I’m always here to guide, support, and celebrate with them throughout their real estate journey and beyond.

Mentoring other industry professionals is also a central part of what I do. Over the years, through networking, events, and real estate classes, I’ve built a strong network of Realtors who call on me for guidance and mentorship. I love learning from others as much as I love guiding agents, and I’m passionate about creating a professional environment that prioritizes client-focused results, integrity, and collaboration.

Over the course of my career, I’ve had the honor of being recognized as REALTOR® of the Year, Collaboration Champion, Top Leasing Agent (#2 of 900 agents), and consistently ranked in the Top 10% Producer category. I’ve guided clients through deals ranging from small starter homes to multi-million-dollar properties, and every experience reinforces why I love this work: connecting people with the place they call home.
