I was born in Missouri, and relocated with my family to the Houston/Clear Lake area as a child. I have 2 children who attended school in CCISD and 1 grandchild. My daughter/granddaughter live in a nearby community and my son is in the U.S. Navy.
I pursued a career in the multi family industry shortly after graduating, and spent 15 years working my way up from leasing to management. I lead my teams to success and received many awards throughout my career. While continuing to work in the property management field, I pursued my dream of becoming a Realtor. I received my license in 2009 and continued to work, eventually transitioning into single home property management, and working with companies such as HomeVestors and American Homes 4 Rent. This has given me expertise in many areas, such as buying, selling, renting, house flipping, managing investment properties, etc. I have been dedicated fulltime to Real Estate since 2011.
Having graduated from La Porte High School and raised in the La Porte /Clear Lake area, I am more than knowledgeable of the Harris and Galveston County market. Furthermore, having worked in the multi family industry, with real estate companies and private investors (such as HomeVestors), I can assist in other areas of purchasing a rental or flip property.
This hands-on experience has enabled me to perfect my people skills. These skills have proven to be invaluable as I realize my passion for assisting buyers and sellers in a real estate transaction.
