As of June 2024, I've been honored to step into the role of Member Outreach and Training Specialist for HAR, where I'm dedicated to lifting up our Houston real estate community! My focus is on fostering engagement, delivering impactful training sessions, and providing rock-solid support to our incredible professionals. Transitioning from REALTOR® to Specialist has given me deep insights into the industry, empowering me to champion our members and help them reach new heights.
During my 9 years as a REALTOR®, I discovered a profound passion for agent advocacy and education while serving on various boards and committees, including the LGBTQ+ Real Estate Alliance, HAR Professional Development Committee, HAR Diversity & Inclusion Sub-Committee, HAR Engage Committee, HAR Communications Committee, and graduating from the Texas REALTORS® Leadership Program (TRLP 2023). Working closely with industry leaders has allowed me to identify agents' pain points and strategize impactful solutions.
Outside of work, I'm a proud dog mom, coffee connoisseur, thrift store enthusiast, decor and fashion stylist, and dedicated human rights advocate. I firmly believe that empathy is the key to changing the world.
