Have been without hot water since September 11,2025 (making this review in October 3). Still currently do not have hot water. I moved in in August and also went without hot water a few times. This time it’s not coming back on. I have a terrible gnat infestation. Homeless people are living in the vacant. This is my first impression of Austin. I’m tired of this damn place. Fix something please! Paying almost $1100 for a loft with no hot water, bugs, and homeless people as neighbors is crazy. The audacity to tour a unit right after kicking out homeless people. And didn’t even clean it! Maintenace knows their homeless people in the vacant because they see them going in and out of them. Stay away from this place! I’m going crazy here Update: not even a full 24 hours after leaving this review, they charged me back the rent concession without me submitting a notice to vacate, which is required through my lease and issued an eviction notice since I haven’t paid the rent concession they literally just added to my account. This is all because I left this review letting them know it’s not ok for their tenants to be living in this type of predicament. If the rest of the tenants weren’t afraid that they’ll be retaliated against, I promise you they would also be leaving bad reviews instead of waiting until they move out.

Call it nostalgia, I used to live here back 15 yrs. Now I find myself returning to the sounds of birds chirping, children playing. The loft is my choice this time, creekside, hence the property name. If you are looking for an affordable place with some normalcy put me down as a reference. They pay for resident referrals. 🐸 so I am referring you! Come be my Nieghbor. You will love it , trust me. I see what everyone saying about hot water..i love cold showers. It does come and go and i trust the office is doing what they can. Must be fixed by winter though. The energy of the workers offsets with that i give you all 5 stars!

DO NOT RENT HERE! I was basically bullied into renewing my lease when I told Laticia I couldn’t afford the unit. She kept telling me “girl we’ll work something out!” They put extra charges on me telling me 6mths into my first lease saying I owed $600 in utilities! I paid it then right when my lease was ending said i owed $2000 but when they found out Ibelongintexas/El Bueno was helping me pay that they bumped it up to 5,000 knowing that’s how much they can help with! So during the lease renewal I said look I don’t think I can afford this amount. Can you move me to a cheaper unit?!? Laticia stated “Girl let them pay for it!” Who? Because I was the one paying my rent every month! Then after renewal I received an email saying “Refer your friends get $500 off your rent! We have lofts going for $899 with $0 move in!” My loft was $1124! lol. I could afford $899! 2mths later she hit me with an eviction even though I found out I had extra money left over from the $5000. While attempting to get my things she had me arrested and stole half of my belongings! My neighbors recorded it and sent me footage of Leticia walking out my unit stealing my belongings! Then all the attempted break ins I reported during those last months start to make me believe she had something to do with it! Don’t move here! I saw soooo many evictions on peoples doors I can see these being a ghost town with squatters within this year!

Trust me, you do NOT want to live here unless you're looking for the bare minimum in living conditions. The only pros about these apartments is the price. I live in a loft and LOVE the layout of my space, however constant issues happen with the hot water and air conditioning. Waited almost 2 weeks for my a/c to be fixed and had a window unit that only provided a/c downstairs. AND I currently have not had hot water for over a week. Ive tried to be patient with the front office, but they literally act like they're annoyed you have problems that they have no idea when will be fixed. Live here at your own risk
