“Our buyer had a difficult time getting cleared to close by her lender due to her being self employed. We had some trying times with being asked for time extensions and information coming from the lender was scarce. Craig assured me that his discussions with the lenders broker indicated that the loan would be approved. He constantly communicated with me though the entire process and we eventually closed and everyone walked away happy. We have used Craig once before and he did a great job for us then. If I find myself needing a realtor in the future I will call Craig.”
