Born into a family of Entrepreneurs in the Construction/remodeling industry, Ashley's parents educated her on the importance of Integrity, dedication, collaboration and accountability. After 20 years experience of building relationships in the customer service industry, Ashley started her own business "For Goodness Cakes" which allowed her to express her creative side while raising a family. Her persistence and attention to detail allowed her to build a successful business featured in bridal magazines such as "Houston Wedding Day." Dave Noel began his Real Estate career in 2007. Dave joined one of the top producing real estate teams in the United States and quickly became recognized as a top sales agent. Within the last 9 years, Dave has assisted over 250 families in the purchase of their new home. While consistently being a top producer was rewarding, the desire to own, develop and to invest in his own company was his true desire.
In 2010 Dave established Dave Noel Realty. In doing so, it gave him the opportunity to provide a hands-on approach to his business and his clients. Dave prides himself in assisting his clients through the entire real estate process from the initial meeting to accompanying them to the closing table. He is at every inspection and keeps his clients informed and educated throughout the process.
Prior to his career in Real Estate, Dave enjoyed a long career in the Construction Industry; owning and operating Timberline Design & Apex Flooring of The Woodlands. He is still an active, licensed contractor in the State of California (known to have the most challenging building codes in the country). This experience translates into an inherent understanding of home construction, a very valuable asset to his clients.

Dave has been a resident of The Woodlands since 2001. He and his wife Lynn, of 25 years, relocated to Texas from California. Their daughter, Canon (24), just graduated from Oklahoma State University as a Speech Therapist and their son, Curren (20), is a Sophomore at Oklahoma State University studying Construction Supervision. Dave and Lynn just recently moved to the North side of Lake Conroe. In his personal time, Dave enjoys spending time with his family, fishing, watching college football and home improvement projects.
