Living in Montgomery County my whole life has given me the opportunity to watch the development of Lake Conroe and the surrounding communities. I attended the schools in this area and have worked with the students in local school districts for the past 31 years where I have been a teacher and sponsor of one of the largest high school yearbooks in the nation. Just recently retired from teaching to devote my time to real estate. I have been a member of a number of service organizations within the community including The Montgomery County Fair Association and the Montgomery County Chamber of Commerce, as well as participating in a variety of school and community activities.

I believe that a client should be given as much information about an area, the neighborhood, the taxes, and the schools as possible to make a decision on purchasing a home. I have been a realtor for 34 years and have enjoyed every minute. I love to work with buyers and sellers that need my assistance. It gives me great pleasure to know I have listened to my clients needs and got them the results I promised.

I had a couple who were moving to Houston from New Jersey that contacted me on the internet. She was 8 months pregnant when she arrived to look at homes. We were not able to find the home she wanted while she was here. She had to return to deliver their baby. Time had run out! She told me to please keep looking with her husband. She felt I knew exactly what she was looking for. Her husband and I continued to look for houses. We found one I thought she would like. I sent her pictures of the home by internet. She told her husband if he liked it and I thought it was what she would like to go ahead and purchase. We did and after delivery she moved into her new home in Houston without ever seeing it. I called a few days after her arrival to see if she liked her new home. She absolutely loved it. I knew she would, I had listened to what was important to her. This is why my job is so rewarding to me.
