Janina Quevedo Martins is a real estate agent with Realty ONE Group who brings with her years of experience in the apartment, residential and multi unit industry. Rusty Shannon started a career in sales while attending college at Sam Houston State University. He began working for a local Electrical Distributor and started developing a diverse network of contacts. Upon graduating, Rusty was immediately hired for a sales position with a Houston based Manufacturers Representative firm (NEMRA). He worked in the Electrical Industry for 17 years.

Although she is a native Houstonian now licensed in Texas, Donna earned her first license as a REALTOR in Wichita, Kansas in 2003. Prior to her move back home to Houston, Donna worked for the #1 Team in Wichita as a multi-million dollar top producing Realtor and as an Executive Assistant to the President/CEO. She also gained experience in investment properties and worked with several military families transferring into McConnell Air Force Base.

With 20 years in real estate sales and more than 13 years in office management under her belt, Donna has developed exceptional skills in customer service, sales, contract negotiations, marketing, organization and leadership.
