Francisco Da Silva was born in Venezuela and moved to USA in the early 2000's, to continue his professional career as a Mechanical Engineer in the Oil Industry, building up his extensive experience in Sales and Management, for companies like Baker Hughes and ExxonMobil. During his career, Francisco and his family relocated 4 times, 3 of them involving international moving. It was in one of his international assignments where he decided to add a MBA to his career, which would later become his inspiration in business and sales within the oil industry. Elizabeth was born and raised in Houston and is a Texan through and through. After graduating from the University of Texas at Austin with a BS in Biology, she moved back to Houston to begin teaching Chemistry. She taught Chemistry for ten years in the public school system and loved watching her students realize (sometimes grudgingly) that Chemistry really can be found in nearly every part of their day-to-day lives. After ten years she was ready for a change and decided that Real Estate was the way for her!

Elizabeth moved to The Woodlands in 2001 after marrying her husband, Robert. Together they own and enjoy managing several rental homes in The Woodlands and College Station. In her spare time she loves reading, running, being a mom to her three children, and hunting and watching football with her husband.
