My name is Jessica O'Hagan and I've been in the real estate industry for over 10 years, giving me hands-on experience and training that have successfully helped numerous families relocate, buy their first home, or upsize and downsize as needed. My energetic approach to real estate allows me to provide a high level of customer service to each and every client. What I do is not a job, but a passion. I mirror what my clients go through with their feelings and make sure to do whatever I can to have them see the positive in every bad situation. Racheal was born and raised in Montgomery County. She believes relationships throughout the community are important. Her family has deep roots to the city of Conroe. A fun fact is that her grandmother, Mary McCoy is still a DJ on the local radio station K-STAR Country and is a Guinness Book of World Records holder as the longest woman DJ on air to this day! Racheal became a licensed Realtor in 2022 and says "being a real estate agent is a way for me to serve the people in my community and the people moving to our community. Homes and property are an intimate part of people's lives and to be apart of assisting someone in finding a home, selling a house or investing in a property is an honor." Racheal's experience in customer service and serving at the locally owned and well known restaurant Vernon's has helped her to continue and to build relationships in one of the social hubs for all Conronians. The relationships made here last a life time and are a great benefit in the Real Estate world.

Tracy's passion is helping others buy and sell real estate. Clients consistently appreciate the counsel and first in class service she provides along with her commitment to closing the deal. Tracy's professional and personal highlights include: Realtor and Entrepreneur; Member of HAR (Houston Association of Realtors); TAR (Texas Association of Realtors); NAR (National Association of Realtors); Former Public Relations and Marketing Director for top area non-profits; Active Volunteer with Junior League of The Woodlands, Galatas Elementary PTO, and HOPE Beyond Batten Disease; Tracy holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Communication from Sam Houston State University (Deans List). Tracy works tirelessly to ensure the integrity of every transaction and every client is her most important client. A resident of The Woodlands for more than 12 years, Tracy knows all of the neighborhoods and schools and puts that knowledge to work for her clients. Tracy's greatest role is that of wife to her husband, Curt; and mom to twin sons Dylan & Zachary. Aside from spending time with her family, Tracy enjoys reading, traveling, playing golf and watching Texans football.

Simone Freeman has deep roots in North Houston. Though relatively new to the real estate scene, her heart belongs to this area. North Houston and its neighboring communities are where she truly feels at home. For Simone, being a successful real estate agent means becoming an integral part of the community. Networking keeps her well-informed about local events and helps her understand the unique characteristics of each neighborhood. She firmly believes that listening is crucial. Having been a homeowner herself, she comprehends the importance of having an attentive realtor who excels in communication, organization, and staying ahead of market trends. Simone is committed to learning, sharing, and applying the knowledge she has gained in the real estate industry. Outside of work, Simone enjoys creating cherished moments with her family and friends. She also dedicates her time to volunteering with her sorority. One of Simone's personal favorite spots in the city is the W. G. Jones State Forest. It's where she takes leisurely walks with her dog, embracing nature's beauty and the chance to connect with fellow enthusiasts. And, of course, what kind of Houstonian would she be if she didn't passionately cheer on our local sports teams?

As a youth I competed around the world on the tennis circuit. It instilled in me a competitive drive, a high level of discipline, and work ethic that serves me well to this day. I graduated from Duke University in 2001. My husband and I relocated from New Orleans to the Lake Conroe area post Hurricane Katrina and we haven't looked back since.

I spent my first two years in the Real Estate industry specializing in REO foreclosure properties. The company I worked for handled the disposition of distressed properties across the entire Houston Metro Statistical Area.

The next few years I worked for a boutique firm on Lake Conroe that focused on superior customer service and quality transactions. Next stop was a successful 1.5 year campaign as a multi-million dollar producer at Better Homes and Gardens Gary Greene. I am very proud to have been aligned with such a well respected brand.

I moved to Keller Williams the Woodlands and after an incredible 2014 year doing close to $5 million in production I joined the World Class Kink Team. Since 2015 I have been a multi-million dollar producer improving on my sales goals year over year for one of Houston's Top real estate teams.

In the fall of 2018, I decided to go back out on my own with EXP Realty. It was certainly an incredible experience the last few years being part of a highly successful Luxury Team. I am deeply grateful for the knowledge I now have and how it will benefit all of my clients. I look forward to what the next few years have in store, as I continue to offer my buyers, sellers, and investors outstanding service and a less stressful path to homeownership.

In 2019 I launched the Megan Behan Team at EXP Realty. Today I have 2 amazing buyers agents working with me to take care of all our clients needs across the entire region. 2021 was an exciting year for me in real estate. After 13 years in the industry I took the next step in my career. Over several months I studied and prepared for the broker's exam and I am proud to share that I am now a licensed broker in the states of Texas. I have now entered the active hiring phase in 2022 and look forward to expanding my team across the entire region in order to better serve all of our clients.

2022 and 2023 have been outstanding years filled with changes. In September of 2023 I opted to transition my team to Ferris Realty an area brokerage with excellent local positioning and global reach. Scott has always had a passion for realty. Although, he chased and achieved his childhood dream of becoming an airline pilot, he has also pursued his passion to become a realtor®. Jennifer is a REALTOR ® in the Montgomery County area! She has been a resident of Montgomery County her entire life and is now raising a family here! Jennifer has always been extremely active in her local community. She has been working with the general public for over 15 years. Throughout High School and College, she worked for a few of Montgomery Counties best local restaurants. After College, she worked with the school district and then left to work for a local government municipality for over seven years. While working for her municipality it was her mission to exceed the citizen's expectations and she still applies that to her work today!

During Jennifer's time working for her local municipality, she accomplished working her way up from Permits, to Utility Billing, to Community Development and then to the Legal & Administration Department as an Executive Secretary. With the life change of becoming a mother, she is now pursuing a career in Real Estate where she can enjoy helping her community and using the knowledge she's gained over the past few years. Jennifer and her husband enjoy staying on top of local events & things going on in their community. She also stays involved in keeping up with her local City Council Meetings. Jennifer is the Vice President of a nonprofit organization Footprints for The Kingdom; which supplies shoes and socks to those in need. Her side hobbies are fitness, sports nutrition, doing anything outdoors, serving our Creator and spending time with family & friends.
