Connie Burch

A proud resident of Chappell Hill, Connie has fully embraced the charm and rhythm of country living. Deeply rooted in her community, she is an active member of the Chappell Hill Chamber of Commerce and the Chappell Hill Historical Society. Connie also serves as an election clerk alongside her husband, Todd, who is an election judge in their precinct. These roles give her a unique, on-the-ground perspective of the Washington County area—insight she uses to help clients find not just the right home, but the right community.

Connie and Todd are proud parents of a Texas A&M graduate who now serves as a Sergeant with the Houston Police Department. Together, they are building a timber-framed barn—sourced from New Hampshire—that will soon become a one-of-a-kind workshop on their property. When she’s not working with clients, Connie enjoys antiquing, gardening, traveling, and playing pickleball.
