When we compared Danish Elementary School, which is a part of CYPRESS-FAIRBANKS ISD, with Lee Elementary School, which is a part of CYPRESS-FAIRBANKS ISD, we noted a slight difference in ratings.
Danish Elementary School has a regular student population of 953 with a 12.9 students/teacher ratio while Lee Elementary School has 814 students and a student-teacher ratio of 15.1 students/teacher ratio.

Distinction designations are awarded for achievement in several areas and are based on performance relative to a group of campuses of similar type, size, grade span, and student demographics.
Lee Elementary School's one out of seven distinction is in with 25% student progress. Danish Elementary School has no distinction.
Based on Racial/Ethnic Groups, Hispanics comprise the biggest group at Danish Elementary School. They make up for 43.34% of student population, followed by African Americans (35.78%), Whites or Caucasians (10.18%), Asians (7.03%), Two or More Races (2.94%) and Native Americans (0.73%).
At Lee Elementary School, Hispanics are the biggest group, comprising 63.02% of student population, followed by African Americans (13.27%), Asians (10.93%), Whites or Caucasians (9.34%), Two or More Races (2.46%) and Native Americans (0.86%).
Based on household incomes, Danish Elementary School’s economically disadvantaged students is slightly higher at 81.22% compared to 75.80% at Lee Elementary School.
In terms of Limited English Proficiency (LEP), a term used in the United States that refers to a person who is not fluent in the English Language, mainly because it is not their native language, Danish Elementary School has 263 English Language Learners or ELLS or about 27.60% of student population. Lee Elementary School has significantly more ELLs at 307 or about 37.71% of student population.
In addition, Danish Elementary School has 26.86% bilingual students, 3.15% are in the gifted and talented program, while 12.49% are in the special education program. This stacks up against Lee Elementary School with 36.49% bilingual students, 3.32% gifted and talented students and 10.81% students in the special education program.
