When we compared Community Services-Sec, which is a part of HOUSTON ISD, with Fonwood Early Childhood Ctr, which is a part of HOUSTON ISD, we noted a huge gap in ratings.

Distinction Designations for Community Services-Sec and Fonwood Early Childhood Ctr are not applicable as neither one earned a recognition for outstanding achievement in seven categories.
Based on Racial/Ethnic Groups, Hispanics comprise the biggest group at Community Services-Sec. They make up for 58.11% of student population, followed by African Americans (21.62%), Whites or Caucasians (17.57%), Asians (1.35%) and Two or More Races (1.35%). There is no Native Americans student in the school.
At Fonwood Early Childhood Ctr, African Americans make up 66.08% of student population, followed by Hispanics (33.04%), Two or More Races (0.44%), Whites or Caucasians (0.22%) and Native Americans (0.22%). There is no Asians student in the school.

Fonwood Early Childhood Ctr has significantly more ELLs at 123 or about 26.91% of student population.
