Humble Middle School earned a State accountability rating of D (60-69) based on three domains: student achievement, school progress and closing the gaps. Distinction designations are awarded for achievement in several areas and are based on performance relative to a group of campuses of similar type, size, grade span, and student demographics.

Distinction Designations for Humble Middle School and West Lake Middle School are not applicable as neither one earned a recognition for outstanding achievement in seven categories.

Based on Racial/Ethnic Groups, Hispanics comprise the biggest group at Humble Middle School. They make up for 55.48% of student population, followed by African Americans (36.65%), Whites or Caucasians (3.74%), Two or More Races (2.62%), Asians (0.79%) and Native Americans (0.24%).

The student population at West Lake Middle School is also predominantly by Hispanics at 36.17%, followed by African Americans (29.01%), Whites or Caucasians (27.13%), Two or More Races (3.71%), Asians (3.51%) and Native Americans (0.20%).

Based on household incomes, Humble Middle School’s economically disadvantaged students is significantly higher at 82.03% compared to 34.89% at West Lake Middle School.
