Sanger High School earned a State accountability rating of B (80-89) based on three domains: student achievement, school progress and closing the gaps. Scores are scaled from 0 to 100 to align with letter grades. The school scored 83 in student achievement, 80 in school progress and 92 in closing performance gaps. It scored 86 overall in post-secondary readiness, a broad term that refers to student preparedness to undertake multiple pathways after graduation, or specifically, their preparedness for college education.

On the other hand, Tioga School also earned a State accountability rating of B. The school posted 85 in student achievement, 77 in school progress, 91 in closing performance gaps and 87 overall in post-secondary readiness.

A distinction designation acknowledges districts and campuses for outstanding achievement based on the outcomes of several performance indicators. Distinction designations are awarded for achievement in several areas and are based on performance relative to a group of campuses of similar type, size, grade span, and student demographics.

Sanger High School's two out of seven distinctions are in with 25% student progress and 25% closing performance gaps. Tioga School did not earn any distinction.

Based on Racial/Ethnic Groups, Whites or Caucasians comprise the biggest group at Sanger High School. They make up for 54.90% of student population, followed by Hispanics (35.67%), Two or More Races (4.84%), African Americans (3.26%) and Asians (0.97%). There is no Native Americans student in the school.

At Tioga School, Whites or Caucasians make up 71.90% of student population, followed by Hispanics (22.51%), Two or More Races (4.23%), African Americans (1.06%), Asians (0.15%) and Native Americans (0.15%).

Based on household incomes, Sanger High School’s economically disadvantaged students is slightly higher at 37.12% compared to 31.12% at Tioga School.

In terms of Limited English Proficiency (LEP), a term used in the United States that refers to a person who is not fluent in the English Language, mainly because it is not their native language, Sanger High School has a significantly higher number of English Language Learners comprising 10.40% of its student population compared to 7.70% at Tioga School.

Sanger High School’s bilingual students comprise 10.40%, gifted and talented students, 7.38%, while 14.63% are in the special education program. Tioga School bilingual students comprise 7.40%, gifted and talented students, 6.34%, and 18.13% are in the special education program.

Sanger High School's 60 teachers have been working at the campus for an average of 4.8 years with individual teaching experience averaging nearly 13.4 years. Tioga School's 44 teachers have been working at the campus for an average of 5.5 years with individual teaching experience averaging close to 13.5 years.

Of its teaching staff, Sanger High School has three teachers serving the school for over 30 years, has 14 teachers serving the school for 20-30 years, 13 teachers have worked for 11-20 years, 11 teachers have worked for 6-10 years, while 18 teachers have been serving the school for over 1-5 years, and school has no beginning teacher.
