Qualified Properties was founded in 1974 by Albert Fox, after a long career in the auto area and large-scale property management. Since then, our company has worked hard to earn and preserve an excellent reputation in both our community and our market. Our goal with every transaction is to create long-lasting relationships, and to provide in-depth real estate services for our clients. We are now a second generation family-owned enterprise, led by Alix Fox and a personnel of experienced agents and brokers. Due to our years of broad expertise, we offer our clients much more than transactional services.
