Gary has over 25 years of experience in the commercial real estate business, beginning in 1995 with AmREIT, Inc., a regional development firm that syndicated property investments. Gary achieved his CCIM Designation and was instrumental to the initial growth of the company by acquiring prime located retail properties. While at AmREIT, Gary, conducted leasing, was active with regional and national International Council of Shopping Centers conferences and had helped with the initial raising of investment capital.
