Based in Tomball and proudly serving the surrounding Greater Houston area, Colleen holds multiple professional designations, including SRES® (Seniors Real Estate Specialist), CDPE, CRS, EPRO, and QSC. Her background and certifications enable her to assist a wide range of clients, from those just starting out, retirees transitioning to the next chapter, to investors growing their portfolios. Growing up.. her family was flipping houses before it was a thing. This personal life experience is one of her strongest assets.
Colleen has called downtown Tomball home for over a decade, living in a lovingly built custom home with her husband in the heart of downtown. She's a familiar and trusted face in the community, serving as an Ambassador for the Tomball Chamber of Commerce, a Planning & Zoning Commissioner for the City of Tomball, and a member of the Heart of Tomball Alliance.

Outside of real estate, Colleen enjoys baking sourdough, cooking at home, gardening, organizing, and giving back through volunteer work. Her blend of professionalism, local insight, and genuine care makes her a go-to partner for anyone looking to buy, sell, or invest in the Tomball area.

Colleen Pye was born and raised in Omaha, NE. The fourth of five children, Colleen had her first real touch of the real estate business when her parent's real estate agent created a contest to see which child could and would keep their room clean while he was trying to sell their home. Needless to say, Colleen won! Her parents also had a passion for real estate and were active in remodeling homes – it is because of them, she has the ability to "see" the potential in resale homes.

After attending college in Overland Park, Colleen spent time working in elder care, retail with Michael's Arts & Crafts and the moving industry (need to move a piano, Colleen's your gal!) – her career choices took her to Norfolk, VA and Cedar Rapids, IA before settling in the NW Houston area. Colleen and the love of her life, her husband Al, now call Tomball, TX home. They recently built their dream home in the downtown area so that they can be close to all the area's happenings.
