What day of the week and times are best for Open Houses? When is it best to have a Open House after listing it? As soon as possible or wait and see if it stays on the Market for a while? If the houses doesn\'t Sale should you consider having more than one?

I have open houses seven days a week but I generally have the best turnout on Sunday afternoon from 2-5. Sometimes other events or weather do influence the success but generally that\'s the best time.
