I recently had a financial speed bump when the hospital I worked for had cutbacks and I was laid off without notice. I relocated to Austin to be closer to family. I had some late payments and carried a balance on my credit cards. This caused my credit score to plummet. I have excellent rental history (8-10 years of references) no broken leases, no issues with property damage or anything at all like that even. I just started a new job, I\nI\'m a Registered Nurse and I make about 90k per year. Is anyone aware of a management company who will rent to someone with just a low credit score ?
