It's a one horse town that uses its police department to fleece out of towner drivers on I-20. They can't pay any of their debts, their water is filled with arsenic, and their own citizens don't trust their local governing body, including the city council that can't be transparent with them. They just lost a city administrator who was arrested on a weapons violation at a bar in Austin. Any good business should relocate, and the city itself needs to be unincorporated.
