Working with Claudia and her team at Palm Leaf Realty was a surprising pleasure. As an out of state seller, in a difficult market, I relied heavily on Claudia’s expertise, and her contacts with local workers, to help get my property in great shape for sale. Her team exceeded my price expectations in a record 4 days! Communication was clear, precise, and very quick. Claudia’s guidance really made one of life’s most challenging and important financial events (selling a home); easier, stress free, and most importantly, I received a better price than expected! If you require hands on, detail orientated guidance, or want an arms length, just give me the numbers sort of deal- maybe something in between, I believe Claudia can do it! I recommend her very highly.

My wife and I used Palm Leaf Realty to sell our home in Spring and also to buy our new home in Richmond, Texas. Claudia and team were excellent. We have bought and sold all over the US and in three different international locations. Palm Leaf is by far the best experience we have had. These guys do not just put a sign in your front yard and hope someone buys; they actually put a lot of effort into selling / marketing your home. We were very impressed. On the buy side Claudia knows this Houston and surrounding area quite well and had a lot of information about potential homes. She used our wishes and thoughts and comments to form a game plan. In the end we found the perfect home. If you are thinking about selling or buying a home, we would highly recommend giving them a call.

Claudia is one of the best realtors I have ever worked with. Very knowledgeable on the areas we were considering as well as being able to advise us as to whether these areas would meet our expectations. This saved us valuable time and enabled us to find a home that was just right in a short amount of time. I couldn’t have asked for better customer care before, during or after our home purchase.
