Unprofessional office staff/management company representatives and getting maintenance taken care of is an absolute nightmare. They will literally hang up on you and serve lots of attitude! They take extreme offense to you wanting to be home for maintenance and will tell you they will come in whenever they please. I’m going on week 3 in an 80plus degree apartment and the management company reminded me it was hot outside when I complained that the managers were not getting the work done. Parking is super sketchy. Tell your friends and family to park on the street or they will be towed within minutes to the tune of about $250... You do not want to live here. Worst place I’ve ever had the headache of living in.

Living at Claridge Apartments for the past two years has been an incredible experience. From day one, I have felt welcomed by the warmth and friendliness of the neighbors. The atmosphere here is really welcoming and the community is very close-knit. Also, the management team is exceptional; they are always available and solve any problem quickly and efficiently.

Take my word for it. (Or don't) Your experiences will be different with each unit. Angela is the person I worked with all the time. Super sweet and nice. Maintenance is 8/10. Only because if they know the problem is a low priority, it will take 3-4 days for them to fix it. If it's high priority, then it's fixed almost the next day. Only problem is that there are roaches, it's kind of annoying about just how bad the roaches are sometimes. The apartments don't come with washer and dryer. Pros: Maintenance is fast and responsive Office people are sweet and super nice (they're just sassy but a nice kind of sassy) Pool is well maintained all throughout the seasons (except spring and winter seasons pretty obvious why) They keep the apartment surroundings clean Security is pretty okay, my car and my visitors' cars have not been broken into once. Nada. Just be careful what you leave in your car Trash is accessible and easy. There are 3 trash locations for each parking area. (To me, its a pro.) There's a lot of stray cats to pet and watch from afar but if you're deathly allergic to cats, then just be careful to not get close to them. The cats don't do anything except lay down and sleep to be honest but if you have anything scratchable on your porch, then be aware! They scratched some of my trash bags on the porch to get food but i learned my lesson lol Gates are kept open during the hours from 8am to 6pm cons: Parking is VERY strict. The towing company comes very randomly and at different times for a REASON. If you have a big party or big gathering, KEEP THIS IN MIND! They will tow your car without notice if you are in a reserved spot or a visitor and have been there for more than 2 hours. THEY WILL NOTICE! (P.S its $300 if you get towed) Parking can be terrible sometimes especially if you live in that one section at the back. (Reason why they're strict about parking) There's no washer and dryer in the apartment. (but it is available nearby for cheap) The washer and dryer doesn't work sometimes because its managed by another company, not the leasing office. They can be pretty bad at responding over text sometimes (SOMETIMES, not all the time) The dumpsters can sometimes get very over filled on Trash Day cause it's a LOT of people throwing trash and the trash trucks come by twice a week i think? But it is still maintained throughout People keep breaking the gates sometimes so they end up being broken for a few weeks at a time. The mail room smells like a chicken coop, don't ask me how i know i just do. Neutral stuff to know: It is nearby a highway so motorcycles, cars, bikes, etc. are very loud but if you don't care then, it's not a big problem. Cats are all around, they're fun little furballs. If you're lucky, you can pet some of them. They won't approach you unless you show them you want to be approached. They are not neutered! The majority of people living here are hispanic and black people. (aka you're going to get a lot of hispanic parties playing loud music with bbq and tacos so if you're lucky that they're nice, they'll also give you some lol) Not a lot of asians around the area. Kids are always playing around the area so if you're a family, this is a good sign! If you hate kids and don't like them, then... idk. There's no playground, no gym, no lounge area. If you like a friendly neighborhood with nice (and nosy) neighbors, then this apartment offers that. The tenants around are all extremely nice and friendly. There are a lot of people who are into cars and mechanics living here fyi! Aka if someone spots you having trouble with your car, you have a 15% chance of spawning a random mechanic who will help with your car.

I've been living here for 1 year and going for the second year. We haven't had any big problems with our apartment until he floor started lifting and peeling... i spoke the manager and she wants too charge us for a floor that is clearly worn out since we move in. She told me she would give me a call and send the contractor to looks at it but nothing has been done to fix it. Me and my wife sent a message back in march and we got NO response until i went in there to speak to them in person 2 weeks ago. She wants to blame us for the damages when you can clearly see that the floor is lifting in different place of the apartment.. manager is very unprofessional and should be more polite. Bottom line i need my floor fixed because this can be trip hazard for my 2 kids. I need the manager or distric manager to contact me because this something that should be fixed ASAP.

After calling Claridge Apartments home for over a decade, it's safe to say it's become a part of me. From the ups and downs of life, this place has been my steady anchor. The familiarity of the neighborhood, the friendly faces in the halls, and the memories made within these walls—it's all priceless. Sure, there have been changes over the years, but the essence of Claridge remains. It's not just a place to live; it's a part of who I am.
