I have 20+ years of experience being a matchmaker.
My journey began after graduating high school and joining the Armed Forces
(ARMY). I matched people and places as a logistics specialist during
my nine years of service, where I learned to be a resilient, courageous, and
mission-oriented leader.
Years later, as the CEO and Founder of an employment agency, I matched over
3,000 people with jobs, specializing in matching the best talent with the right
employer. I personalized these matches and aligned each position with
each person's needs: workplace culture, goals, and project type. The
most important thing I learned was that you must take care
of people - they are at the core of everything we do.
My husband and I have been married for over 20 years (yes, you
read that right!). We purchased our first home in 2012 and have moved
multiple times since then. We bought homes for our parents, experiencing
first-hand how challenging and overwhelming the home-buying/selling process can
be. For buyers, it is so much more than just "location"; it
is about understanding buying power, job opportunities, affordability, and
finding the best school districts and a safe neighborhood for our children. For
sellers, it is more than maximizing profits; it is about making the process
easy, painless, and with minimal confusion.
Throughout the years, I have gained much experience utilizing different loan
programs, whether VA, USDA, FHA, Conventional, or HELOC, that we leveraged to
buy our home and other investment properties. This expertise allows me to help
realize my clients' dreams. My vision goes beyond matching you with
your dream home or ideal buyer; it's about building trust, sharing my
