“This survey asks about Cindy Boutwell. I did not meet Cindy and her Trump placard until the day I closed on my home, 7 11 and she gave me a tour of her office space. I met with Dan Boutwell only once, the day I decided to use their company as my realtor to purchase my townhome, that I found and ended up paying cash for, and he told me that he likes a challenge I should list my home for 475,000 - it sold for 435,000. Emily McHugh is a fantastic human, but appeared to be spread too thin in her work and life. I feel I did not get the focus on my sale that I expected. Emily s focus was on my investment on home improvements, which of course affected her not at all, but of course affected me greatly, financially. I kept putting money into the home, mostly via the Boutwell s contractor, Chris Harville. I am disappointed on the focus on my home sale, including the realtor sent to cover most of my open houses. I am disappointed in the end result that I actually made in my home. I have more, but this seems like an exhaustive list already. I do not that I do not recommend the Boutwell s will not recommend to my friends acquaintances. ”
