We went into this situation very skeptical about using a realtor at all as we haven't had good experiences with them. Christy truly exceeded our expectations. She "held our hand" so to speak throughout the entire process and she listened to me vent when the stresses got high. We always felt as though she genuinely cared about not only our unique situation but she also cared that we would be pleased with her services and her efforts reflected that very much. If you are ever thinking about buying or selling a home we highly recommend Christy!

Christy was a shining light during a difficult time. I was selling an inherited home, which had its challenges, however Christy was able to help guide me through the process from the day we signed the listing agreement. Once the house went on the market it was under contract in under 2 days. Quick and efficient. Highly recommend!
