Christopher Salinas
Chris Salinas is a highly accomplished real estate consultant and dedicated advocate for military veterans. Born and raised in Sugar Land, TX, Chris has always displayed a positive attitude and outlook on life and he loves meeting new people everywhere he goes. His military-trained diligence and "adapt and overcome" mindset has led him to pursue his dreams with unwavering determination. Chris, a 20-year retired Marine and US Navy Veteran who served in the regions of Afghanistan, Iraq, detainee camps of Guantanamo Bay, stationed onboard the USS Carl Vinson during Bin Laden's burial at sea, and who was also inside the Pentagon on 9/11 100 yards from impact. After working as a paralegal for the Navy and Marine Jag Corps for 20 years and for the Department of Justice, Chris decided to embark on his entrepreneurial journey in real estate. He co-founded the brokerage Texas Made Realty where he focused on servicing clients with all their residential real estate needs from apartment leases to luxury listings. Chris' outgoing personality and natural negotiation skills make him an ideal realtor for anyone looking to buy or sell a property. He is the master at keeping calm through tough situations and patiently guiding his clients throughout the home buying or selling process. In addition to his entrepreneurial pursuits, Chris is deeply committed to giving back to the community through his involvement at St. Laurence Catholic Church. He also leads a men's group at church, participates in the Kolbe Prison Ministry, and teams for the church's ACTS retreats. In addition, he is the head varsity soccer coach for St Laurence Catholic school. Outside of work, Chris enjoys traveling to new destinations, experiencing different cultures, trying new foods, and exploring outdoor activities. He believes that God, family, and work/life balance are essential components of a fulfilling life, empowering him to consistently push boundaries and strive for greatness.
In my free time, I enjoy spending time with family, coaching soccer, and volunteering in my Church community.
