Before real estate became my full-time focus, I spent years in municipal management and public service, where I learned leadership, process, and the value of work that leaves a lasting impact on a community. Around that same time, I began my own real estate investment journey, purchasing my first duplex with a business partner and learning firsthand how to evaluate risk, opportunity, and long-term value. That combination of experience has shaped the way I approach every client relationship since.
I work daily alongside real estate professionals, developers, investors, and homeowners, bringing the same level of strategic insight to a first-time buyer as I do to a multi-phase commercial development. It starts with listening — really hearing what a client wants and needs — because the right use for a property only reveals itself once I understand the person behind the project. From there, my approach is rooted in matching that vision to a property's highest and best use, then building a clear, actionable path to get there, from the earliest planning stages to the final walkthrough.
