The builder is saying that it is a 1.5% Commission and 2% BTSA. But since they reduced the price of the home, they will only pay the 2% BTSA. However, that was never stated in the MLS only that it was a 3.5% Buyer Commission.

Hey Christopher, If Im understanding you correctly, the commission listed in the MLS is binding. It does seem to conflict a bit with the rules on false advertising, but unfortunately, thats just how it works. Hope this helps.
