Chris has a proven ability and passion in educating his clients in all real estate related matters in order to ensure that his clients have the knowledge required to make the best decisions regarding the sale or purchase of their home. Growing up in Katy he graduated from Katy High School and later moved east of downtown Houston in the Greater Eastwood area in order to live closer to the University of Houston where he would graduate with a degree in Mechanical Engineering. Like many of his colleagues Chris went straight into the Oil and Gas industry where he worked for 11 years in both field and office positions as an MWD Field Engineer and Operations Manager. During this time he had developed a passion in Real Estate and began investing in Single Family Residential properties which provided him with lots of valuable experiences and lessons learned. Having over 5 years of experience in the purchase/rehab/management/sale of residential properties coupled with his meticulous attention to detail and Engineering/Operations background makes him a valuable asset to anyone looking to hire a skilled professional Realtor.
