About Christopher Garcia

Chris is the founder of Haven Properties, a real estate services firm specializing in residential real estate sales, and investment. A native Houstonian and graduate of Memorial High School, Chris grew up experiencing the rebirth, growth, and development of Houston's most popular neighborhoods.

With over 14 years of real estate experience, he has worked in all aspects of the residential market from selling homes in Houston's most desirable neighborhoods to managing a multitude of real estate investments. With a thorough, clear understanding of the Houston real estate market, he is equipped to assist buyers and sellers at any stage of a real estate transaction.

Chris lives and works in Spring Branch where he enjoys spending time with his family and friends, coaching his son's sports teams, enjoying local restaurants, and being of service in the community.
