I have been accepted to the MRE Program with Realtor U.Its not accredited yet.Do you think its worth it?

Two thoughts.....1. The consumer doesn't know what the alphabet soup most agents have after their name means or if it has any value when they first see it- and most of them don't care.....2. Any education that provides you more knowledge that you can use to do a better job with your clients is a good thing. Bottom line.....do it for the value of the knowledge, don't do it for the letters behind your name....

I am looking to buy a home, first time homebuyer, I have heard of different options just don't know which one to do?

You have heard most folks say location, location, location.....but really everything starts with budget. Your first stop should be with a knowledgeable mortgage professional that will take a look at your credit, income, and debts to come up with a budget to help you uate how much money you would like to spend on your new home. Once you know how much money you have to work with, your real estate professional can assist you in finding the best property to suit your needs that fits in your wallet.

What are the risks of resale of a house that has had foundation repairs?

There are always risks. The trick is to mitigate as much of the risk as possible on the front end. Did you use a reputable company that provides a written and transferable warranty for the work that was completed? Did they fix the foundation problem? Did they cause additional problems with the plumbing when they repaired the foundation? There will always be risks, but if you ask questions on the front end and make sure to fully disclose and document, you should be able to reduce your risk.

    Review of Neighborhoods

    Rice Military

    Rating: 5/5

Rice Military is both unique & historical. A Combination of older one-story bungalows & newly constructed townhomes attracts youth & energy. A farm once owned by the Rice Family & adjacent to the former military base, Camp Logan - hence Rice-Military
