Chris is "Houston's Inner Loop Luxury and green home Specialist". He specializes in areas of Houston Heights, Rice Military, Glen Cove, Crestwood, Camp Logan, Memorial Park, Bellaire, West University, River Oaks, Montrose, Pearland and Hyde Park.

In 2008, Chris opened Habitation Realty in Heights neighborhood of Houston on Yale street. He wanted to create a real estate company that combines the best overall imagery with the most proactive marketing campaign in the industry.

Built, designed and renovated houses and buildings for 13 years in 3 states including Houston, New York and Arizona

Chris and his renovated properties have been featured in various publications including New York Times, The New York Post,The New York Sun, The New Yorker, and The Houston Business Journal. In New York one of his properties was featured on HGTV’s Hidden Potential. In Houston “Flip That House”on TLC shot an entire episode on one of Chris’s projects.
