We ended up with multiple offers, but for less than the asking price. Chris was able to get the two most interested parties to negotiate up to near full asking price, and ultimately getting FULL price for the property. He kept us updated regularly, and he immediatley caught a very important typo in the closing documents that would have cost us $10,000. To say he is knowledgeable in real estate is understatement.
