Chris Blackwell is a Broker Associate, REALTOR® with Platinum 1 Properties, LLC and a member of One Innovative Group, serving the Greater Houston area with a focus on Harris and Montgomery Counties, including Spring, Tomball, Conroe, and The Woodlands.
Having grown up in Spring near the Harris-Montgomery County line, Chris has watched the area grow and change for more than 40 years. He combines that local perspective with a professional background in operations, pricing, and project management. Before real estate, Chris managed the logistics of major construction projects for global transportation and later oversaw company-wide pricing and multi-city operations for a multimillion-dollar company. That experience developed the organization, negotiation, analysis, problem-solving, and attention to detail he now brings to his clients.
Chris primarily works with sellers, landlords, and investors, while also representing residential buyers. His focus includes single-family homes and small multifamily properties. As Property Manager for One Innovative Management, LLC, he also works with contracts, leases, and rental pricing, giving him practical insight into both the transaction and ongoing ownership of rental properties.
For owners weighing whether to sell or lease a property, Chris can help evaluate both options and develop a strategy based on their goals. Investors can also benefit from his experience with property analysis and access to a broader network of property-management, maintenance, and project-management resources.
Clients know Chris for being responsive, straightforward, and willing to explain the details. He believes in giving clients the information and perspective they need to make their own informed decisions—not pressuring them toward a particular one. He also tailors his communication to the client, whether they prefer regular updates or simply want to know the details are being handled.
Chris holds the ABR, SRS, PSA, and SFR credentials and has been selected to serve on two Houston Association of REALTORS® advisory groups in 2027. Outside of real estate, he enjoys gardening, cooking, traveling, weight training, and spending time with his husband, Steven, and their dog and cat.
