Cherrish was amazing to work with, I’m not sure I would’ve been able to obtain my houston dream home without her. I’m a very impatient person and when I want things done, they have to happen right away, but cherrish takes this even further. I never had to remind her for anything. She was always eager to reach out to builders, to lenders and get everything done in a timely manner. She was patient, knowledgeable, and very hard working. Being a first time home buyer, she made this very stressful process so much easier. She made everything happen in a timely manner and during stressful times she never added to that stress, keeping a cool composure and having faith it would work out, Which was very reassuring to me as I trusted her judgement. After buying my home she still checks in, communicates with builders and is still very helpful even after the closing. Cannot recommend her enough
