Cher Miculka

My names is Cher Miculka, I work in the San Antonio, TX area as well as the surrounding areas such as all of Bexar county, Comal, Medina county and Kendall county. I am the 2021 Chair (President) for San Antonio Board of Realtors serving 11 counties with over 13,000 members. I am the full time Broker Owner of EXIT Premier Realty formerly doing business as HSA Real Estate LLC specializing in residential real estate. I've held numrous appointments such as NAR 2021 Business Issues Policy committee.Professional Development Committee of NAR; Professional Development Committee TR; Certified Real Estate Instructor; GRI Instructor for Texas Realtors association. 2017's Broker of the Year! Board of Directors for TRETA (Texas Real Estate Teachers Assn). I obtained my BAAS from Texas State University Summa Cum Laude. Professional experience includes new custom homes both as an Operations Manager and site sales counselor, residential real estate as a Broker-Realtor, and home mortgage experience as a loan officer. I am a many time recipient of the prestigious 5 Star Real Estate Award as featured in the Texas Monthly Magazine. SI was also featured in the TOP 100 Real Estate Magazine page 57!! I have served on the Texas Association of Realtors Political Affairs committee in Austin. I have also been appointed to serve both present and in the past on the following committees: Realtor Builder Committee, Education committee, TREPAC, Governmental Affairs, past secretary, vice president and president IREP, past Chairman of Public Education (GA), Professional Development, Realtor Image, TAR Conference Task force, Communications Committee, Task Force for TRLP Alumni, Realtor Rally, Rebrand Task Force to name a few. I am a Graduate of the Texas Realtor Leadership Program 2008. I have been a member and past Ambassador/Captain of the North San Antonio Chamber of Commerce, SOBA (Stone Oak Business Association) and Women's Council of Realtors. Designations include Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR) and E-PRO, ALHS ( Accredited Luxury Home Specialist), CRS (certified residential specialist), TRLP, GRI (graduate real estate institute) . CREI, Certified Real Estate Instructor.
