Born and raised in Houston, Texas, Chayse Black brings a true local’s perspective and passion to the city he proudly serves. Specializing in Houston neighborhoods including The Heights, Garden Oaks, Oak Forest, Spring Branch, and Montrose, Chayse has spent the last four years helping clients navigate Houston’s fast-moving residential and luxury apartment market.
A graduate of Texas A&M University, Chayse knew early on that he wanted a career centered around sales, marketing, and building lasting relationships. Real estate became the perfect fit combining his passion for people with his deep knowledge of the Houston community he has always called home.
Chayse is known for his proactive communication, empathy, and strong understanding of the local market. One memorable experience came while hosting an open house, where he connected with a family through their shared Aggie background. While discussing the home and answering their questions, the conversation naturally expanded to Texas A&M and future opportunities for their children. Although Chayse was not ultimately their agent, he offered to be a resource and mentor for their family long after the open house ended. The family later submitted an offer on the home, reinforcing what real estate means to him: creating meaningful connections built on trust, service, and authenticity.
Outside of real estate, Chayse enjoys staying active in the gym, playing volleyball, watching sports, discovering new music, and spending time with his girlfriend of nearly eight years and their two dogs, Cedar and Juniper. He also loves everything that makes Houston unique, especially its diverse culture and incredible food scene.
