“Charmayne was an excellent realtor. Being a very young first time buyer, I was not very knowledgeable on what comes with buying a home. I wasn't really sure how to start, where to look, or even what to do. When she contacted me she quickly began to look into my interests and my dislikes. She worked with me even when I was working out of the state and constantly kept in touch. While I was gone she made sure to have the homes listed in her portal and went through step by step on how to navigate it. She would stay but later than she should to make sure that eveything was in order. She was very patient with me, since more than once I was at the deadline with missing documents.
