Charlotte Carter

I am a rare native Houstonian having lived the past 36 years in the diverse and international West Houston/Energy Corridor area. I was thrilled to be a stay-at-home mother of two for 18 years prior to which I was an executive secretary in the Oil & Gas Industry. I volunteered heavily for 15 years for my children's schools and my local church, organizing many fundraisers, big and small, bringing in funds to support the schools and for mission work. I enjoy traveling and have been fortunate enough to have been to places such as England, France, Egypt, Costa Rica, Mexico, Grand Cayman, Belize, Hawaii and Alaska. I have always had the gift of being a people person. I enjoy meeting new people and find that everyone has something special about them. I have an outgoing disposition and have always enjoyed helping others, whether it is my family, neighbors, friends or my clients. Real estate has been a perfect fit for me as I enjoy meeting new people, and there is nothing better I can think to do for my profession than to help people find not just the right house, but the right home. I have an excellent grasp of how to handle real estate transactions from listing homes, to finding buyers new homes, to knowledge of contracts and the flow of a transaction from beginning to end. My clients not only have my attention to all of their real estate needs, but the relationship is not over just because the transaction over. I am always available for any future questions or help you need in the future, whether it is five days, five weeks, five months or five years after the transaction has closed. I am devoted to making sure I do everything I can to ensure a smooth and happy transaction for every client that I am blessed enough to work with.
