She never tried to deter us from any home and she always had great insight and information on all of the homes. She came to meet us prepared with folders with a plethora of information on each home. When it came time to make offers Charlotte was amazing and she got the absolute best price on the home we chose. She is by far the best realtor we have ever worked with and if we ever move again she is who we will call. I highly recommend Charlotte if you are purchasing a home.
