Charlie Neath brings enthusiasm and passion to Houston's real estate industry. Clients are drawn to his contagious energy and "whatever it takes" attitude he brings to the table. This attitude won him the "Most Spirited" award at John Daugherty, Realtors. Charlie is a consistent producer earning the prestigious "Top Producer" ranking since 2006. In 2008 and 2009, Charlie was named "Realtor of the Week" by the Houston Chronicle. Striving to hone his skills and take his knowledge to higher levels Charlie earned his Brokers License in 2013 and the Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist designation in 2015.
Charlie was inducted into the John Daugherty, Realtors Hall of Fame in 2017. The Hall of Fame is the highest level of achievement an agent can receive for being a consistent Top Producer throughout his or her career. Having spent 20 years buying, remodeling and selling homes in the Houston area, he offers insightful knowledge based on firsthand experience. He has a keen eye for detail, which is a useful tool in assisting sellers in preparation for the critical 'first impression' when their home hits the market. With Charlie's skill and empathy, buyers can feel confident in their representation during the often arduous process of buying a home. Charlie has an ability to keep all parties calm during the negotiation process.
In 18 years of representing buyers and sellers Charlie has handled Estates, divorces, new construction, resells, flooded, animal infested, hoarder and everything in between!!! These assets, combined with a lifetime of witnessing the evolution of Houston's neighborhoods, give Charlie the tools to make your home-buying and -selling experience both successful and pleasurable.
A third-generation Houstonian, Charlie grew up in the home that his grandfather built in River Oaks. Aside from his passion for real estate and his love of Houston, Charlie enjoys golf, snow skiing, Houston Astros baseball, and attending any college sporting event. Charlie has four amazing children - Scarlet, Andrew, Ruby and Nola.
