Charles Ibeanu

Charles Ibeanu is truly devoted to the business of selling real estate. His family has been active in real estate for generations and has given him a unique knowledge of what real estate is all about. Charles's interest and passion for real estate is in his blood. After becoming involved in the home-buying process alongside his wife, he became an investment property owner himself and currently manages various rental properties in Texas. Prior to his career in real estate, Charles obtained a B.eng Civil Engineering in abroad. Charles worked on a large-scale construction sites with architects and other engineers and developed a strong knowledge of the construction side of real estate development. This experience is an asset most valuable to his clients purchasing new home construction or condominiums. On completion of his internship he processed to England to acquire his Masters Degree in Information Technology. Whether buying new construction or resale, Charles takes a comprehensive approach to help his clients achieve their goals and needs through the purchase of real estate. With his engineering background, experience in new construction, and personal investment in real estate, Charles is able to leverage his knowledge and strong analytical approach to ensure the best deal for his clients.
