Charles Garza
Charles R. Garza, Sr. Founder, Real Estate Broker & General Appraiser. Mr. Garza has been in the real estate business since October of 1969, and started his company, Southern Horizons Investments, in 1993. He is a member of the National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals, and has extensive knowledge of the residential market in Harris and the surrounding counties.
Andrew Garza, Real Estate Broker. Working closely as the right hand man for the company founder, Charles R. Garza, Andrew began his real estate career in 1998. His focus is primary in sales and investment properties, however he is also highly involved in the day to day administration aspects of running the company.
Charles R. Garza, Jr. Appraiser Trainee. "Charlie" focuses on the appraisal aspect of the company. His experience in the field dates back to 1995.
