Getting a property could be a BIG deal for a novice who is opting to get his/her first property. My Realtor, Mr Cesar Ayala, was able to explain the process right from the inception. He told me what to do and what not to do. He guided me all through the process. He was never tired of my million questions and never gave up till he got something really worthwhile! Even after closing, he is still there guiding me as a new home owner. I will always have him as my realtor and not hesitate to recommend him for anyone willing to engage his services.
