I would like to commend JP and Kaj on a wonderful job they completed on my bathroom. I submitted an order and they came to repair it very quickly. They were very considerate of my needs and very nice. They knew exactly how to fix it and left no mess for me to clean up. The were fast and made sure not to inconvenience me while they were working. Very polite. Thank you Celine for hiring a great maintenance team.

I’ve been renting at The Celine for a year and a half, and recently moved to another unit within the community. Shandy and Cristal made the transfer so easy and stress free. Both ladies in the office were extremely helpful and kind during this chaotic time. The buildings themselves are older and occasionally have problems that you would expect from older buildings. Maintenance is always quick to respond to any work orders I’ve had, and always gets repairs done in a timely manner. The units...
I’ve been renting at The Celine for a year and a half, and recently moved to another unit within the community. Shandy and Cristal made the transfer so easy and stress free. Both ladies in the office were extremely helpful and kind during this chaotic time. The buildings themselves are older and occasionally have problems that you would expect from older buildings. Maintenance is always quick to respond to any work orders I’ve had, and always gets repairs done in a timely manner. The units have been recently renovated. In a time of insane rental rates, I definitely feel like the value is worth it here.

This is the second part to Nicks review. Every wall and window in this place is incredibly thin, so we can almost hear our neighbors’ conversations, footsteps, and even their intimate moments. We still have some sockets that don’t work. The storage closet doesn’t have a lock. This is the second part to Nicks review. Every wall and window in this place is incredibly thin, so we can almost hear our neighbors’ conversations, footsteps, and even their intimate moments. We still have some sockets that don’t work. The storage closet doesn’t have a lock. We live in the two-bedroom model, and the non-master bedroom is the only one that has a lock, but not the master bedroom. The appliances are extremely old, and most of the cabinets are broken. They provide us with a list of broken items so that they can come and fix them. However, none of these items have been fixed without a maintenance claim, which takes forever to come. The cabinets that aren’t broken are extremely bowed, as if they’ve had water damage. The paint is very bad. Our bathrooms have places where you can put your soap, but they look like they’ve been broken without any repairs, just as the place came. They advertise having a smart home screen where you can change the temperature, lock your door, and do other things. It was incredibly unresponsive, and their maintenance person left a shot vac in the middle of our floor. My roommate tripped over it, broke the screen, and they told us, “Well, you should’ve just watched where you were going.” He came home from a 14-hour shift at 12 o’clock, and they wanted to charge us $400 plus to replace the screen. The Celine staff was so helpful in navigating my first apartment experience, letting me ask all the dumb questions I needed to ask and took care of me so well when my neighbor burnt down our building lol, got me a new place asap! Cristal and shandy were the absolute best with setting everything up with me! Definitely recommend the Celine

DO NOT RENT HERE! They charged us twice for rent then refused to refund the account overcharged so I had to dispute it with my bank in hopes to pay off all my bills of the month including some very pricey medical bills which were all automatically charged on my account putting me over $1.5k in debt from all the overdraft fees as well as the bills that I couldn't afford. When I begged the front office to help I was met with a cold and unemptathetic response from a Miss Shandy who refused to help ...
DO NOT RENT HERE! They charged us twice for rent then refused to refund the account overcharged so I had to dispute it with my bank in hopes to pay off all my bills of the month including some very pricey medical bills which were all automatically charged on my account putting me over $1.5k in debt from all the overdraft fees as well as the bills that I couldn't afford. When I begged the front office to help I was met with a cold and unemptathetic response from a Miss Shandy who refused to help me or provide me with the corporate number or the information to contact anyone above her. Just flat out said that there's nothing they can do and blindly took the side of RPM Living despite the mishap not being our fault by basically saying it's not her problem and not the responsibility of RPM Living to help me as a resident of one of their properties. I have had the AC go off for 6 days during summer in Texas and had my maintenance requests ignored despite me calling multiple times every day and when we finally got through to Miss Shandy she had the audacity to say something along the lines of "It's only been six days..." completely negating the seriousness of this issue. Then to make matters worse we have had issues with the AC for a good two months after where it would turn on and not shut off for days on end to the point it reached 48 degrees in the house after nearly another week without it being resolved which we spent nearly triple the electric bills usual cost without any compensation despite our pleas to the front office for some leniency as this wasn't our fault either. Was met with the usual lack of care or human decency to show any form of responsibility or professionalism through basic customer service. I am disabled and my partner/caretaker works hard to provide for me and herself with whatever small amount I can muster each month included so I have yet to recover from all of the overwhelming financial consequences living here has forced upon us. My bank eventually refunded the amount The Celine wrongfully took from me but it was too late as I only was refunded a fraction of the total sum due to all the late fees which put both of us in financial ruin which made us get fined even more money by RPM Living on top of the new months rent but our online payment account at Clickpay has been flagged now and we are unable to use it so we now have to go through a convoluted process of paying in cash through a third party which has its own fees and when I pleaded with Miss Shandy in the front office she showed no sort of care and once again essentially amounted to saying "not our problem" by refusing to help in any way and saying we'll just have to pay this extremely difficult and arduous way until maybe next year. Once again refusing to provide me with anyone superior to her position like corporate or a manager and acting annoyed and unprofessional by treating me as a nuisance as she acted blatantly annoyed the entire time. This has been an awful experience and I expected so much more from RPM Living and The Celine apartments. We're just trying to make it by each month and it's been exceedingly difficult and has taken a serious toll on me and my partners mental health and emotional well-being. We've been in ruins for months now and nobody at The Celine has offered any support nor have RPM Living taken any sort of responsibility for these ongoing nightmarish mishaps.
