We moved from Kentucky to Katy last summer and signed a one year lease which ends in July 2014. Not sure how to go about getting the best interest rates to buy home without running our credit every time. Any suggestions appreciated!!!!!

Planning to Move to Houston in July I have three kids one going on high school, one in middle school with IEP and one in preschool. what area in Houston have the best school?

All school districts in Houston and surrounding districts have good schools within them, some schools are rated higher than other schools within that same district. I personally live within the Tomball ISD school district and am very pleased with this district. But I also have family and friends in other school districts and all are very happy with their local schools. One resource available is the Houston Chronicle (chron.com) which offers School Report Cards for all districts, plus there are other on line resources for determining school ratings which I can find for you.
