As a resident of The Woodlands for over 25 years, CeCelia Smith knows the Greater Houston market like few others. While her real estate career began in New York, she was able to take it to new heights when she moved over 1,000 miles to the burgeoning market in The Woodlands. Since then, she has committed herself to mastery of the market, and has become a local expert. Despite the ever-changing nature of her career, CeCelia always makes time for her family. She loves traveling with her husband, David, and spending time with her grandson, Harvey. You can usually find her outside gardening and planting flowers, or visiting the beach like she did growing up on Long Island.
